A lawyer by training, Steph quickly evolved towards executive roles in the retail and cash industries. His fresh perspective and irrefutable reputation as a change leader earned him high-level positions at industry giants Circle K, Dollarama, 99 Cents Only and GardaWorld Cash Services.

Steph is a proud driver of change, and is ready to bring a highly sophisticated, kinetic platform to the center of the cash ecosystem. Deeply committed to living with purpose, driving positive change and empowering decision makers, Steph wants to transform how we live and shape a better world.

Stéphane holds an LL.B. in Civil Law from the University of Montreal and an MBA from the University of Sherbrooke. He is a member of the Quebec Bar Association. Actively involved in the business community, he has been a board member of public and private companies, and advisory boards in addition to being an adjunct professor at HEC Montreal.

Darren is the President, COO, and Global Head of Intelligent Devices for Sesami, and CEO of leading North American provider of cash automation solutions, Tidel. At the helm of the company’s operations across 6 continents, he leads the development and deployment of sophisticated, intelligent devices that transform cash operations and fuel the success of Sesami’s clients.

A leading expert in the cash management industry for over 20 years, Darren also served as Executive Vice President of Global Business Development at Tidel. During his mandate, he oversaw many of the company's investment areas and strategy decisions while solidifying the company’s leadership in smart safes and recyclers.

Darren has devoted most of his career to supporting major retailers in rolling out large scale cash management solutions across dozens of countries. Holding executive positions at some of the industry’s leading companies, namely G4S, he has remained focused on building a truly smart and fully integrated cash ecosystem.

Christian is Managing Director and Global Head of Managed Services for Sesami and Managing Director and President of Gunnebo Cash Management. In this role, Christian delivers smart solutions that optimize cash handling within an efficient and sophisticated cash ecosystem.

A true global leader, Christian spent close to a decade enhancing his cash industry expertise in Southeast Asia and Austria. He joined Gunnebo in 2019 and, more recently, led the carve out and the sale of its cash management business unit to Sesami. Before joining Gunnebo, Christian was head of EMEA and a member of the Executive Leadership Team of leading technology solution provider Diebold Nixdorf. Prior to that, he held several executive roles at Wincor Nixdorf where he led the organization’s business transformation at a national level.

Christian served as a member of the Advisory Board of Planfocus Software GmbH, a technology leader in cloud-based cash cycle optimization, from 2018 to 2021.

Christian has a degree in industrial business management and administration.

Soji is Managing Director and Global Head of Software of Sesami. In this role, he is responsible for Sesami’s global software business, and for driving the technology at the center of a sophisticated cash ecosystem performance company poised to become the reference within the cash industry.

A versatile and inspiring leader with over 25 years of experience in business, sales, delivery and finance, Soji has a proven track record of transforming and growing businesses into mature, and complex organizations that span across multiple geographies.

Soji joins Sesami after spending over seven years leading the highly complex digital transformation of multinational fintech company Diebold Nixdorf, where he held a number of executive leadership roles, including Vice President and Head of Software for Europe, Asia and Africa. Prior to Diebold Nixdorf, Soji worked in various leadership roles at Hewlett Packard, EDS and TCS.

Soji holds an Executive MBA and a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science.

Terry is the Chief Financial Officer of Sesami. In his role, he oversees all of the company’s financial and corporate functions, from business development to strategic planning, and is responsible for putting in place business processes that reflect the level of sophistication and performance that Sesami brings to its clients worldwide.

Terry has more than 30 years of experience in executive roles with public companies, including multi-billion-dollar companies such as PepsiCo and Owens Corning. He has also held the role of CFO for private equity portfolio companies, like Goldman Sachs, Rhône Group, Tenex Capital Management, Littlejohn & Co and Apollo Global Management. Terry was also an integral part of the Tidel management team as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer.  

A disciplined and pragmatic finance professional, Terry brings a business-partner mentality to his passion for driving performance in all areas of the organization. Through his leadership and vision, Terry also acts as a mentor and coach to others.

He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Toledo, as well as a post-graduate executive leadership certification from Vanderbilt University’s Owen Business School.

Nico, Sesami’s Chief Marketing Officer, is responsible for creating the brand from the ground up, and for its deployment as an internationally recognized industry leader. He also oversees Sesami’s brand strategy and the implementation of a borderless corporate culture. With a sharp mind, Nico’s singular blend of creativity and entrepreneurial acumen will be instrumental in accomplishing his mission: to propel the tech company into a sophisticated agent of change at the heart of the global cash ecosystem.

A brand builder, entrepreneur, and seasoned agency executive, Nico has honed his unique set of skills over the past 25 years working at some of the world’s top creative agencies, including as Founder and Managing Partner of Sid Lee Los Angeles for a decade.

It is by working closely with global powerhouses such as Adidas, Apple, Cirque du Soleil, FIS, Netflix, Samsung, and Visa, that Nico nourished his creativity and high-performance mindset, while mastering the art of integrated strategic thinking. It is now Sesami’s turn, under his direction, to become a best-in-class market disruptor set to revolutionize the industry.

Nico has a Bachelor of Commerce from McGill University, in Montreal, Canada.
