Move Request Form

• Please provide at least 2 weeks’ notice from the requested date of the delivery for all move requests.
• Please provide at least 3 weeks’ notice from the requested date of delivery for move requests over 150 miles.
• Pricing for moves over 50 miles will be provided at the time of vendor confirmation.
• Please note, if the recycler is connected to your alarm system, your security vendor will need to disconnect the alarms before or during the scheduled move.
• If there is a push alarm where you are placing the recycler, the alarm will need to be disabled and moved prior to recycler installation.
• The recycler needs to be emptied of all money prior to your move.
• Please make sure any recycler peripherals (pin pads, coin dispensers, cabling, etc.) are packaged up to be moved with the unit.
• Please make sure team members have lock combinations and core keys (if applicable) available for technician use for safe access or lock reprogramming (if applicable).
• If the recycler is moving between sites, we will be sending cassette pins and gear locks to the starting location to secure the recycler cassettes for transit. Please make sure these are available for the technician on the day of your move.
