Reiner RS 893
Bundle Feed Scanner
The RS 893 is a scan module that brings reliable and efficient document input to Self-Service Kiosks and ATMs. The open-frame scan module processes bundles of up to 50 checks and starts processing automatically.
The RS 893 scanner has cameras for both sides producing color, grey-scale and black/white images. For checks with magnetic code-lines (E13B and CMC7), the MICR head reads the data and delivers this to the application alongside the image(s). A rear side endorser is standard and a front side roller stamp option is available. The complete document path is accessible without the need for tools.
The check scanner unit features the same specifications as the Reiner RS 891. The RS 893 can be combined with the RA 894 (Stacker unit) to store up to 2.000 checks in chronological order and with the RR 895 (Reject module) to return to the customer any checks not accepted by the application.
